Natural Health Exam - This exam is a comprehensive study of the human body using observation skills, from the Orient and Europe, that looks for constitutional imbalances prior to and during a disease state. It is a preventative approach focusing on organ system efficiency and cleansing. Its goal is to heal the internal workings of the human body rather than just treating symptoms. By improving the condition of the organs and tissues, symptoms will begin to dissipate. These imbalances point the practitioner in the proper direction for to focus on the areas of concern. For each client the exam consists of a combination of alternative modalities; Iridology, Tongue analysis, Facial Observation, Pulse analysis, a Japanese Hara technique, Kinesiology Muscle Testing, and Remedy testing. A Natural treatment plan, including recommendations and supplements, will be provided to get you on the right path to healing. A follow-up appointment is recommended in order to evaluate how far the body has come, and what the next set of recommendations should be in order to maintain a consistent healing process.

Reiki - Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy and flows within and around us and nourishes the organs and cells of our body, supporting them in their vital functions. When the flow of this life force energy is disrupted, it causes diminished function and energetic blockages in the tissues of our physical body, leaving it vulnerable to illness or disease. This method of healing is a gentle, yet powerful, therapy that uses chi (energy) to remove the blockages, restore balance, and empower the body’s natural healing abilities, positively affecting the body-mind-spirit connection on all levels, leading to greater well-being. The practitioner will use a combination of both hands on and off approach working slightly above the body in the client’s energy field. During a session the client relaxes on a massage table, staying fully dressed with their shoes off.

Energetic Cranial Sacral Therapy - ECST is a holistic healing assessment and technique that uses light pressure and gentle energetic touch to balance the cranium, spine, and sacral area which includes the nerve ganglion sites, cerebral spinal fluid, and soft tissues of the central nervous system. This therapy helps the spine become more limber and causes cerebral spinal fluid to move more freely thereby balancing the central nervous system. It treats neck pain, headaches, stiffness, back pain, TMJ, sciatica, stress, and more. This is an energetic therapy performed on a fully clothed individual.

Intuitive Readings - This is service in which the practitioner serves as a catalyst to provide clarity and guidance on specific topics of interest or a general reading for the client. Tarot and Oracle cards are the tools used to receive information from spirit, angelic guides, ancestors, and other deities. Sessions are 30- 60 minutes.

Aromatherapy Acupressure - Essential oils have been used for hundreds of years for perfume, and therapeutic purposes. Therapeutic essential oils are concentrated essences of medicinal plants which can affect the human body physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Anabel will conduct a thorough consult with you to ensure there are no allergies or sensitivities. She will use to this information to make suggestions and/or recommendations. Aromatherapy Acupressure is a healing technique using therapeutic essential oils that are dropped along the spine and then worked into the surrounding tissue using fanning and feathering techniques. Some call this the Raindrop Technique.

Chakra Clearing/ReBalancing - This is a service in which the energy of the chakras is brought to a well functioning and harmonious state. Balancing consists in establishing sufficient and consistent flow where there is not enough, regulating energy where there’s too much, and aligning where there’s distortion or displacement. This is carried out by using light touch, scuddering techniques, and a pendulum. Sessions are available as an add-on in 30 minute increments or a 60 minute session.

Crystal Therapy - Crystal healing is an alternative medical technique in which crystals and other stones are used to cure ailments and protect against disease. This service involves placing gemstones on the body to draw out negative energy. Sessions are available as an add-on in 30 minute increments or a 60 minute session.

Hypnosis - This therapy helps individuals quit habits that they no longer want. Smoking, weight loss, and anxiety are some of the most asked about, but hypnosis can be a help to stop any bad habit. During hypnosis, the client may experience a trance state that is similar to meditation or a light sleep. In this state, the conscious mind is relaxed so that the subconscious mind can take in the thoughts and suggestions that the client wishes to happen. The subconscious mind controls habits and is aware of everything that is happening around the client during the session. The first session for hypnosis is usually an hour and a half. $95 - $145

Wellness Life Coaching - Ready for a meaningful shifts in your life? Your Wellness Life Coach will help you clarify your vision, define & prioritize goals, as well as identify & deconstruct your limiting beliefs. You will be supported and empowered as you create lasting change while manifesting work/life balance, inside & out. $95/60 minutes

Lymphatic Drainage Manual Therapy - Lymphatic drainage manual therapy massage is a specialized body work technique that applies repetitive pressure at lymph node sites and a stroking technique along lymph vessels that stimulates the movement of lymph fluid. This therapy assists with post surgical swelling and inflammation due to numerous heath complaints such as sinusitis, arthritis, gastritis, back pain, neck pain and more. $125.00 for a 60 minute session

Raindrop Technique - This bodywork therapy includes aromatherapy with essential oils placed along the spine and feet for a detox and rejuvenation of the central nervous system. A warm moist towel is placed on the back to allow the essential oils to penetrate deeper into the skin and create a sauna-like experience. The purging process is gentle but effective. It is a soothing experience which increases the mind-body-spirit connection. $188 for a 90 minute session

Energetic Dry Needle Neural Therapy - Dry Needle Neural Therapy is a technique that provides pain relief and aids in return of function and mobility. It is performed by medically trained licensed health care professionals such as nurses, med techs, and doctors. These professionals are instructed initially with their formal education and have added additional training in order to perform Neural Therapy. It originated with Dr. Huneke in the 1930’s during his consolidation of knowledge on the Autonomic Nervous System. This therapy works on the autonomic ganglia (nerve groups controlling internal organs), peripheral nerves (nerves controlling the extremities, such as arms and legs), scars, glands, acupressure points, trigger points, and segmental points (nerve points controlling segments of the body). Energetic Dry Needle Neural Therapy applies pressure with fingers and then insertion of small hypodermic needles. After insertion energy is released. Guided Imagery can be added upon request. $115.00

About Anabel:

Anabel was born and raised in DC/MD/VA area. She attended The University of the District of Columbia in pursuit of a Nursing degree and was forced to leave the program just six months shy of graduating because of her diagnosis with chronic Lyme’s disease. After several failed attempts to treat her condition/ailments with traditional western medicine approaches Anabel’s personal healing journey lead her to take matters into her own hands, focusing on holistic alternatives & modalities. She was able to beat the odds with astounding results & decided to take a leap into a new career path. In 2013, heeding her call, she enrolled in The Holistic Health Care Practitioner program at Washington Institute of Natural Medicine in Washington, DC.

In 2014 Anabel relocated to Kaua’i, Hawaii where she worked at a wellness center and discovered a whole new world of elemental healing practices. This shift in perspective, growth & expansion allowed her to embrace her intuitive abilities to connect with the natural elements and became a shamanic practitioner. She is also an ordained minister, performing ritual and ceremony, AquaCranial therapist, and Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Hawaii.
